Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in the Northland. Each year, it distributes more than 6.4 million pounds of food — enough for 5.1 million meals — to about 44,000 people in need. The food is shared through a network of regional agency partners and through its own direct service programs including its: Food Shelf, Mobile Food Pantry, Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS), and the Backpack Program.
